We are grateful to all of our supporters, government, foundations, corporations and individuals whose donations make it possible for us to achieve our mission. All gifts--large and small--are used to help us sustain and enhance our core programs and services and develop new programs.

Brooklyn Community Services meets the Better Business Bureau Standards for Charitable Solicitations.

Please be assured that your donation will be used wisely. Eighty-five cents of every dollar is spent for direct services, and only 15 cents is used for essential support services including administration, fund raising and public relations.

Brooklyn Community Services is incorporated under the laws of the State of New York as a charitable organization and is tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Many companies will match the dollar amount of contributions employees give to their charity of choice. If your employer has a matching grant program, we will gladly contact the appropriate person at your company to insure matching of funds.
