Volunteer

With over 500 volunteers, BCS is the go-to agency for anyone looking to be of service in Brooklyn. Our volunteers are invaluable in so many ways. They help adults with disabilities apply for jobs; they read to children in daycare programs; they mentor teens who have overcome difficult circumstances; they garden at our TLC Sculpture Garden. There are so many ways to plug in to BCS.

We work to find positions that match the skills, experience, preferences and schedules of our applicants. We provide on-site training including a thorough orientation, excellent supervision and opportunities for celebration and recognition. Whether it's an occasional weekend volunteer project or a long-term internship you're looking for, BCS is the place to be.
