East New York Clubhouse

East New York Clubhouse is a program where staff and members work side-by-side to accomplish the work of the clubhouse. In this way, members regain skills and confidence toward meeting life goals such as living, learning, working and socializing in the community.

The clubhouse also works with members individually to help them learn the skills and develop the supports necessary to effectively negotiate the challenges they face in achieving and sustaining their goals.

Through utilizing member leadership and participation in exciting activities and opportunities, members are assisted in accessing the many supportive jobs that the clubhouse developseach year. No one is pressured to move to goals and everyone goes at his or her own pace.
